Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard tracked delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase. Duties and taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier right away.
