30-day window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 24 hours with a return address and instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping is non-refundable.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
